I Facebooked this business and requested appointment and sent pictures of a EMO haircut that I wanted/color that I wanted which was blonde with brown streaks. Showed up to my appointment ontime owner Macy did my hair. She was with a customer I waited 30 extra minutes for her to be done with this customer. I pacifically mentioned I did not want my bangs whacked short. After bleaching my head Macy mention that I would look like a cheetah if I did the Brown Street that she would give me Peeky boo's at the front of my head Only. I still was consisting with the streaks because I've had it done in the past and did not look like a cheetah!!! By the time Macy was done with my hair I didn't get the haircut I wanted my bangs were whacked off I requested for my money back which still pending haven't got it back I left there getting absolutely nothing that I wanted $85.00 in the trash with A SNOWFLAKE WHITE CHOPY HEAD!!!!!!!
