bad management

I called and inquired about service, given terms for service ad signed up. Free install, 2 months free. Lies, lies, lies. Got a bill for 120 some dollars. Called to inquire about it. Only the first room was free. okay how long did install take. 3 hours. okay, your saying the original install of main box, then install to one room took 1.5 hours, then it took an additional 1.5 hours just to run a line to one room???hmmmm. Doesnt add up. Then I asked what they would do about it, could we come to an agreement of some kind. Nope. No listening to reason, just a nope. Insulted me to. This is all from the main management. So glad companys have people like this running there business. Insult there own customers and lie about pricing. Needles to say. Im out the 120 dollars and cancelled my service. Very displeased!!!!
