ATTENTION HOME BUYERS AND HOME SELLERS! In my opinion and my personal experience, I would like to warn and make people beware of this company and how they operate.

June Russo was our realty agent. June wanted to list our property and the $3000 commission was not worth our time and we would just sit on the property till the right person came along. June explains she'll list our home for only 3% commission.

So initially upon agreeing to a 3% commission, June brings me in for a low commission percentage, then tell us our property has a bunch of “interest in my property.” Not one "interested person" followed up with her conveniently. Over the next 200 days, we never see a sign or any advertising of our property. After expressing these things to her, she finally gets a sign-up and then after that, she asked for us to sign an “updated” agreement which shows 3% but now if I had looked closely the agreement had changed slightly from the initial agreement I unknowingly signed now showing a $3000 commission. I signed because I trusted in June's wholesomeness, she comes off as someone who really wants to help you no matter your budget.

If I had used my own attorney He/She would of spotted that in the agreement. Unfortunately, I used June's recommended lawyer. HUGE Mistake! The lawyer from Stein Lawfirm was the biggest waste of money and signed off on the $3000 giving it to June.

Which now makes sense as to why when I contacted June about the money in Escrow as a deposit, she had already deposited that into her earnings, knowing that if she told me that was her commission was going to be $3000, I would have canceled the sale. Therefore her having to return the money.

I was Straightforward with her about closing costs from day one and what I was willing to negotiate on in price.

June took full advantage of the scenario. I told her many times of what we could afford because of our bills and cost of the property.
