Wow. I didn't realize customer service could still be this bad at a store that's been in business for awhile. I walked in and stood at the counter and waited for 20 minutes (seriously) for the employees to even acknowledge that I was there (it was not a busy day - they were talking amongst themselves). Then they sold me a part that was defective - I took it home, tried it, and it fell apart immediately - it never worked at all. When I went to return the item, I was told that the item was not warrantied and that I couldn't return it. When I told my wife about the experience, she said, "Do they realize we live in America?" Anyway, I won't ever be returning there.

I shop a few time a year at this location and have always had the best customer service. I realize that customers coming in usually don't know exactly what they need and always need assistance. I wait my turn and have been always approached by the next available employee. They have given my great tips and made our watering system easy for our yard. Thanks Sprinkler World! You have a customer for life.

The products and prices here are no better than anywhere else, but the customer service is AWFUL! It took several phone calls and lots of getting the run-around before we got fed up and decided to go with another company.

I wondered why the local plumbing supply shops were low on sprinkler equipment, this place is why. Great selection, prices, and service. Includes serious irrigation supplies, but also small stuff for the yard.
