We have never clipped a dog too short , because we were too busy. Obviously there was a mis-communication in what the owner wanted or the dog was too matted or tangled to leave the hair longer. As far as nails go, when they haven't been clipped in a while it is not unusual for the nail to bleed . The quick grows out with the nail when they get too long. We put styptic on them and try our best not to bleed them, but sometimes it's unavoidable. Maybe you shouldn't wait so long in between groomings n sometimes the dog gets on pavement and the styptic comes off.... If you want to pick your dog up sooner, all you have to do is ask when you make an appointment. We try our best, but we are not perfect either. Thank Sherry & staff of Waggin Tails Spa

Took my pomeranian to have his nails done last month and had a great experience. the staff is friendly and fast and the fee's are very reasonable. The other reviews are obvious trolls.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG TO THIS PLACE.

They shaved my toy poodle all over especially the legs. I hardly recognized her. Their excuse was "Sorry we have been real busy."

It is a mad house of lots of loud barking big dogs.

Do not go here!

I thought this place looked okay from the outside, when I got my dog back after them having him ALL day long, they only trimmed his body hair. Cut his nails so deep they bled. Also they didn't tell me and the blood was everywhere in my car. I cAlled them and they said "oh we forgot to tell you." Did not offer to fix it or anything. My dog will not be going back.
