Horrible, horrible service and dishonest employee working at 199 Dry Cleaners,125 State Rd 207 in St Augustine, Fl. I took a formal beaded dress in to be cleaned last Monday. The sales tag was on the dress and jacket. It was marked $169, however I bought it on sale. I showed the attendant the tag on the dress which said "Beads must be covered before dry cleaning" I told him that I would like for him to write this on the ticket and also on my copy. He wrote "covered" on my copy. I do not know what he wrote on his. BUT their laundry tag was stapled to the tag that said cover beads. This dress had never been worn. The laundry attendant cut the tags from the dress. Today I went to pick up my dress and I took the matching jacket which also still had the tags on it with me. They did not cover the beads because they do not match the beading on the jacket now. I discussed this with the attendant, I asked him to call the
manager or give me his phone number and I asked him for a Claim Form so that I could file a claim with their insurance company. He said, " I have nothing for you, I don't want your money, just leave." So THIS IS A WARNING! IF YOU EXPECT THIS LAUNDRY TO BE HONORABLE, THEY WON'T BE. MY JACKET AND DRESS DO NOT MATCH AND 199 Dry Cleaners evidently feels that they have no responsibility to the customer when they ruin clothing. I WOULD RECOMMEND THAT YOU FIND AN HONEST RELIABLE DRY CLEANERS. I WAS SURE FOOLED. MAYBE I CAN SAVE THE NEXT CUSTOMER SOME HEARTACHE AND FRUSTRATION.

They do a perfect job every time. I would recommend every one to go there.
