I have gotten higher quality products from Walmart for $30. The laminated coating is easily damaged; the pieces are not cut properly; holes are drilled in the wrong place; and not all of the hardware required was provided. The cabinet itself is fragile.

Update: I attempted to work with this company to resolve the dozens of issue I encountered while installing the murphy bed I received. The were very slow in responding (2+ days per each question) and tried to find something I did wrong for every issue I encountered. I eventually learned that they manufactured the pieces that sent me incorrectly, sent me old directions, and failed to update their directions to reflect the modifications I requested (wall mount and deeper mattress) which resulted in damage to my wall. I have complained multiple times and even submitted a complaint to the better business bureau but they have refused to work with me to resolve the issues I encountered.
