Words cant express how impressed I am and the gratitude I feel for your wonderful employee, Nicholas Graham. Nicholas found my purse that I had absentmindedly left in the shopping cart, after loading my groceries. I didn't realize I had left it until after I had driven home and started unpacking my groceries. I immediately back-tracked to the Jewel and found that Nicholas had found it, and turned it in to the office. I was overwhelmed with relief and asked who had found it. Nicholas humbly said that he was just doing his job. I tried to give him some reward money, which he politely refused. Thank you Nicholas for doing the right thing. Thank you Jewel for hiring young people of such wonderful character. As a long time happy Jewel customer, I feel so pleased that Jewel and it's courteous employees were looking out for me, even when I made an unfortunate mistake. Thank you Nicholas Graham.

This past Saturday my husband was driving me awake with horrible flu cough. I thought the Jewel part of Jewel/Osco was open 24/7. I went to the front door and a young man informed me the store was closed. I inquired I needed cough syrup and would it be possible to purchase it at the Drive up Osco lane. He could tell I was stressed since clearly I had thrown my coat over my pajamas and was bedraggled. He said, sure...meet me over there and I will help you!!! He, in fact did meet me there and between he and the pharmacist, I was able to purchase the aforementioned syrup. The young mans name is Ken and unfortunately I didn't get the pharmacists' name...kudos to these gentlemen. Unfortunately for both of us, my husband still has the flu but his cough is suppressed at night. Thanks again, Connie Deal
