Don't buy a vacuum from Bell's Vacuum!!!! I bought his recommend vacuum and didn't care for it. I went to return it within the 7 days and he REFUSEDto take it back. The Riccard vacuum was so strong it sucked up the cord and within 7 seconds melted it. My husband went in to return it and the owner was rude and completely unprofessional!!! We even offered to deduct the cost of the damaged and he still refused to take it back.. Don' waste your money! Now I have a vacuum we can't use and I'm out $400!!

This was the worse customer service I've ever had! The original owner was amazing! Now his SIL took it over and he treated me like I was bothering him and there wasn't anyone else in the store! You've lost my business and all future referrals! If you don't like what you do get out of the business! Worst service ever! Thanks for nothing! I want to leave you zero stars but it won't let me! This company doesn't deserve one star! Don't waste your time or money!

horrible customer service. the man was rude to myself and hoover whom i had to call while in the store for warranty work. After hoover decided to replace the unit, he would not release it to me so i can send in the required items until i threatened to call the cops. by far the worst customer service i have ever experienced

I recently visited your store and I just want to thank you for the time spent helping me on a repair of an exsisting floor cleaner I have. I was so impessed by your honesty that I am contemplating buying ANOTHER wet vac just for my basement floor. I have not stopped talking about my great expierience with you. thanks again!
