Worst customer service experience I have ever had! After spending $675 for funeral flowers, and 1.5 hours in their store (it took me 15 minutes to make my selection) because the designer who waited on me had no clue how to put my orders into her computer system (after her third try I demanded to talk with someone who knew what they were doing!) the $75 Angel was placed in the arrangement BROKEN and Frank Mancuso Jr. was trying to blame that on the funeral home?! If the broken pieces had been found in the arrangement, I might have bought that excuse, but I DON"T THINK SO! On top of that, the plastic liner in the basket was 3 inches shorter than the basket, but piled an inch higher than the liner with dirt, making any effort at watering the plants impossible. Frank Mancuso Sr. must be rolling in his grave right now.......... Conner Park Florist, my account that I established back in the 1980's will become active again!

Mancuso's did my wedding, my parents wedding and my grandparents wedding.

All were amazing. We have the pictures from all three! The grandchild and dad from the orginal owners are still the owners!! Amazing American story for the 4th of July weekend! Mancuso's,,,,,,Lead on!!

Recently switched to Mancuso's after doing business with another top florist in the Metro Detroit area for years. I couldnt be happier with my beautiful flowers, and will never go ANYWHERE else again! The customer service was so above and beyond my expectations that they are doing my flowers for my wedding in May. The new location is beautiful too!

We purchased our wedding flowers from Mancuso's and they were amazing. They worked with me from my first appointment to the reception. I highly recomend them to all of the future brides. You won't be disapointed.

Their service to our family when my father died in May was professional and very comforting. They really listened to our desire in what we thought our Dad would like. They more than filled our expectations. The flowers are still alive and thriving almost 2 months later and the prices were what we expected. Many others that sent flowers were also from Mancuso's and they are also all still thriving and beyond beautiful and the fragrances are still so alive and fresh. Thank you from our family and as we used them in the past for other family members buriel, we will continue to use them in the future and we go their for all our floral needs. Mancus's is the best flower shop ever!

I decided to use Mancuso's Florist for my September 2009 wedding, becuase there prices were reasonable!!! I should have went with the another florsit!!! The day of my wedding there truck broke down in front of the church, and my bouquet and the groomsmens boutineers were drying out! They looked horrible. I payed $ 125.000 for my bouquet, in which inexpensive flowers were used and it was very small and compact!! For the price of the flowers the bouquet should have been much fulIer and plentiful. I had to pay to see a sample of my centerpieces and the money did not go toward my balance. I told Mancuso I thought it was going to be free,and took several attempts to get the centerpiece the way I wanted it!! I ended up spending more money!!!! I left several messages about my bouquet no call backs. That speaks volumes right there !!!!!!! I think they should return my phone calls!!! I would NOT recommend them to any one!! I thought the coustomers were also right. Beware Brides



Horrible Bouquet

I not only got flowers that lasted 2 weeks, I also was treated so nice and professional. I never knew they were just down the street in St Clair Shore and open Sunday. Thank you so much. PS I like these new points program too. I registered!
