McDonalds really needs to send some of the upper management to look at some of their locations to make improvements. This one needs cleaning. I want to bring the kids but it's too dirty in all areas that I could see. The bathroom, dining room, kids area and where the cashier stands. When I went up to the counter, I was seen by 2 employees, but they kept talking while I stood there. There weren't any other customers in front of me, yet they continued to talk. I felt like I was bothering them. Then a cashier finally took my order I had to wait 10 minutes to get my order. I guess I messed them up with a special request of no mustard on my burger. Sorry I don't recommend this location. I will drive a little further to find a better location.

The most inappropriate nastiest McDonald's I've ever been to. Seriously needs a manger and new owner. Ghetto atmosphere, over cooked food, really crapy service. My server spilled my food all over the coner and asked if i wanted a small since she did that piece of crap -_-

Filthy, horrible service and grossly mismanaged!! Took my sons into the men's room and found a urinal that didn't work and urine spilling over on the floor....tried to use the toilet and it too was backed up and feces on the floor!!!! I told the manager, who seemed to be aggravated that I brought it to her attention, and I said if her employees were using that bathroom, there was no way that they weren't dragging excrement into the kitchen area on their shoes!!!!

Disgusting and poorly managed!!!!



There has always been a standard for quality and cleanliness in McDonalds worldwide.....this facility represents the bottom of the McDonalds barrel?!?!?!?!

I walked in my my grandson to find two employees, hopefully off the clock, in a standing spooning position in the middle of the dining room......completely inappropriate behavior. Then waited 10 minutes for a kids meal and another standard order, only to find that the orders were grossly incorrect. This location has a reputation in St. Clair Shores as being mismanaged and it DESERVES that reputation!!!
