Excellent staff friendly service. They will charge you a dollar to tape up an open box which is their policy and is fine cause tape isnt free and a dollar isnt going to break the bank

Make sure your packaged is taped. I had a box the size of a medium envelope. She wanted to charge me $1 to tape it. Uh, no thank you.

Got an outrageous quote for over $150 to ship a computer to GA because I inquired about purchasing extra foam or bubble wrap. They wanted to put my completely stable box into another custom made box instead of just selling me some bubble wrap and told me to take it or leave it. When I questioned such an option, I was yelled at like a child. I obviously left and had to take it to FedEX. When I asked the same question about extra foam or bubble wrap, they just sold it to me and I paid $54 total. Thank you FedEX of Roseville for treating me right and thank you UPS Store for insulting me and sending me there.
