Horrible!!!! :((((. Had to ask for our table to be cleaned twice. Then even when when they were cleaning it, we had to ask for them to clean the complete table because there was sticky yuk even where the salt/pepper was. Omg, you thought we were asking them to stab themselves. To make matters worse, we asked them to also dry it. If looks could kill. Their combos aren't normal and they allow NO substitutions. And when I asked them not to even give me 1 (eggs) of the items in my combo, the waitress actually asked me what I wanted her to do with it. I actually had to tell her to keep it and let the cooks eat it. At first I thought she was kidding-I hoped that she was, but wasn't. Then when my food showed up it had round patty sausage, when the menu stated bacon. So she took my plate back and you could hear her yell back at the cooks to please change it to bacon, I thought they said sausage. But weird, because they do NO subs. Waitresses are nice to what seemed to be the "old timer" joking and laughing, but rude as rude can be to us and others. It seemed as if you needed a menu you weren't treated nicely. We actually tried it twice thinking that our fist time was just a bad day for all. They also push their special jam, but beware it goes onto the table before they bring out the ketchup, so you are likely to put it on your hash browns if you aren't careful and ask. You also see them all morning refilling the jam which is in squirt ketchup looking bottles refilling one from others, hear the bottle slamming as they hit it on the counter and tiny little bar sink. Worst breakfast place I've ever been to, and I travel allot for my marketing Job.
