Provided by YP.comHad to send them the same documents three times before they found them. Difficult to get in touch with the person in charge. The are very disorganized. Trying to secure a loan through them has been very stressful. Now they have us over a barrel because we don't have time to switch lenders. We are scared to death this transaction will blow up in our faces. We are moving from Calif to Utah and thought we would do business with a local company..what a big mistake that has turned out to be. My advice is to stay as far away from First Colony Mortgage as possible.
