Provided by YP.comDO NOT go to this location. I went to get a safety inspection on my '99 Jeep Wrangler. They told me I had bad windshield wipers and belt. I looked at them both with the service tech. The wipers were fine and the tech didn't know what to say. There were no cracks or wear in the belt. I pointed that out to the the service tech. (the engine was rebuilt only 5000 miles prior and the belt was virtually new). Jiffy Lube's manager disagreed. When I asked him for his district manager's name and phone number, he wouldn't give it to me. They failed the inspection and charged me $15. His district manager's name is Sean Jost from the Red Cliffs location. I had Sean look at the belt and told me there was nothing wrong with the belt and my Jeep should have passed the inspection. The River Road location is a "racket." They're thiefs and will not to hesitate to rob you blind!
