Planet hardwood has the best customer service,before and after a sale, that I have ever experienced in nearly any industry. From the first phone call I made I could tell this was a good company to deal with as the women who answered was very pleasant, helpful and cheerful every time I called. They explained answers to all my questions and helped me appreciate the pros and cons of different options. After the sale When I was using their products and had questions the owner not only answered my phone calls at 7 am on a sunday morning but even came on site twice to help out and give advice and then check on things later! The floor came out great and I have a happy client thanks to their excellent continuous customer service and high quality products. Thank you Planet Hardwood!

Will not be going back

Got our floors here for a few rooms in our house but will not be going back and have told all my friends to stay away. This is a good place to get information and shop around, but not a good place to buy. The owners are smart: they've tailored everything for a lucrative niche market (well-to-do hipsters with money and a green conscious) but they don't really care about the customer. People get lured in by the sales here, but once they sell you the product you can forget about the rest. If you want to support a local business, I'd advise you to pick someone else. Good luck!
