Dr. Pratap Chand specializes in movement disorders, deep brain stimulation, and botulinum toxin therapy. He uses electromyography guidance for botulinum toxin injection. Dr. Chand is a professor in the Department of Neurology at Saint Louis University School of Medicine. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Neurology and the Royal College of Physicians of Ireland. He is a diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.
