single greatest consumer experience ever! I had fun buying my new Passat and actually hung out with my salesman an hour after the deal was done!

Love my new Volkswagen and had a really cool dealing with our salesperson, Adam. We will come see him again this fall when we need another car. Hope they get that big SUV soon.

When to look at some cars sales person was very pushy and when I said I had a couple of the places I wanted to look at really ignorant with me.

Second car I have purchased in the past 5 years. I use the service department too and always have had a great visit. Please get a bigger TV for your waiting room though :)

I already did tell my brother about getting a car here and he plans to next month. Adam was my salesman and he was great and the manager, Brett was super cool and let me take the car for the day to make sure the Jetta TDI really was getting 45+ mPG. It did and then some. Some people get over 50 MPGs on this bad boy! Love my Jetta TDI!

I have told several of my friends and family about Suntrup VW since I purchased my new Beetle there last month. I am so excited about my cool new ride and was very pleased with the service and attitude I received from the sales staff. I will send some people your way guys!

I stopped in on a radio advertisement for a great deal. When I went in to take advantage of this deal they told me that I could not. I complained to the manager and was told by him that the deal was not available even tho they advertised it. I went to the MO AG and the dealership strait out lied to them about the advertising They printed out a different advertisement and sent it in). In the advertisement it clearly stated that you could get 3k off the sale price and still get 5k over Kelly blue book. I do have a tape of the advertisement and am thinking of dropping a lawsuit on them, just trying to figure out how many other people got scammed from the false advertisement to see about a class action suit.

Generally a very good experiecnce. Only issue was they sent paperwork to wrong address, which may have been my fault. But they did hand deliver it the next day to make sure I was not late paying my taxes. Nice guys and helpul!

Hey im not here to blow smoke up your you know what, but I can honestly say this guys know how to get --it handled here. No B.S. or car sales crap. I can smell that a mile a way too.

Ask for JD if you want a good experience without the rig-a-maroli(sp?)

I bought my Jetta from Suntrup VW a year ago and every time I go in for a free car wash, everyone is so helpful and nice. I have already sent 2 friends and a co-worker to buy there too and they raved about it.
