4/25/2013 - Attempted to procure new business directly with William Mork who promptly hung up. Their website reads: "Our team is committed to building strong, trusted relationships with our clients and we work hard to maintain and grow those relationships." This is false! I have never been treated so poorly by any professional services company. William Mork simply does not value your business. There are plenty of CPAs in MN and I highly encourage fellow individuals and business owners to seek accounting and tax preparation services elsewhere.
