We purchased a new Bryant 2 stage furnace with Heat Pump from Triple H in August, 2019. First experience with central air and heat pump. Dave first came to check out the old furnace and give us an estimate. Once we decided, then the installers came and took out the old furnace. Sorry guys,(Brian, Brandon, and Tyler), didn't know it was going to be that rough to get that out! Anyway, they put the new furnace in with no problems! If my husband or I had any questions, they quickly answered them! We used the central air right away. It is awesome! We had to wait for the propane tank to be installed before we could try the heat. They came back when it was installed. Brandon and Tyler came back to finish the connections and tried the heat pump. It worked very well! If we have any trouble, all we have to do is call and they will be back. (Haven't had any, just letting you know). Brian, Brandon, and Tyler, I want to personally thank you for being so professional and funny at the same time. Thank you, Triple H for the prompt, excellent service. Will keep you posted to see how the winter goes! Thank you once again. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a new furnace. Thanks again guys!!!!
