so far, not connecting. the billing woman "SUE" I spoke to for 2 weeks is left the firm. Great to know. They have no idea about my health insurance, and my appointment. Best to go through a hospital, I have been having a bad experience so far. I have gone to bad places and good places, they had me in their system, cant remember when I went to them. I moved from Palm Harbor, great places up there. do your own research

I sat in the waiting room of Dr. Witfill's office for 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment. I overheard the lady next to me complaining to someone on her cell phone that she had been sitting in the waiting room for over an hour. I thought she was exaggerating....she was not. Finally brought into an exam room and asked to change into a paper gown, I then sat there in the gown for an additional 20 minutes waiting to see the doctor before I gave up, got dressed and walked out. One week later, I still I have received no communication from anyone in the office. I want a doctor that has even a small amount of respect for my time. I may not have a medical degree, but my time is important, too. We don't tolerate this at the bank, supermarket or post office, why would they expect me to tolerate this in a doctor? There are way too many doctors in the area that will respect my time...she is not one of them.
