Poor experience,poor service

I stayed her with my girlfriend for our 2 year anniversary and I received the worst customer service ever,and this was the most expensive hotel I ever stayed at!I was treated like complete crap!!Don't get me wrong it is a very nice place scenery wise but it ends there.The front desk person Ralue or whatever his name was a complete and utter but!The workers treated me better than the management!Then when finally leaving I was introduced to the a front desk manager and he was supposed to call me still have yet to hear from him since!I've wrote management via Twitter as well several times both me and my girlfriend and still no response.I am a local and I will NEVER recommend anyone stay here.I thought it would be a nice get away but still close to home boy was I wrong!I visited the restaurant and the morning manager didn't even acknowledge me we just stood around for 15mins to be seated and the place was not crowed and then when I told the manager he said it was only him to wait!Then i was charged twice for a meal!I would really love to finally speak to someone in upper management you would think a new hotel cares about their reviews guess not!
