We had a problem with our washer and my wife discussed the possible causes with Daniel over the phone. As we found out later - he pinpointed at exact reson why machine did not work and how to fix it. Chuck, another technician arrived on time and fixed it very quickly being very corteous and friendly.

We definitely refer this company to our friends as a high quality and affordable company.

It was a pleasure doing business with St. Charles Appliance Repair. They were referred to me by a friend who had them repair their heating system back in October. The service man was professional and diagnosed the problem with my oven within minutes. I liked that they had upfront pricing and gave me several options for the repair. I will definitely use them for any appliance repair issues in the future!

Today I had the pleasure of having Daniel over to repair our refrigerator. I had originally thought that the compressor had gone out and that it was going to be a costly repair. After speaking with Daniel, he advised of many other possibilities that could be the problem and got to work diagnosing the issue. He found that a minor repair was all that was need to correct the issue with the compressor not coming on.



I will certainly be recommending this company from now on and more specifically the technician that came out. We expected this to be a hassle and it turned out to be the complete opposite.

I used St. Charles Appliance Repair for my dishwasher. Buying a new one was not an option for me financially, so I gave them a call. The tech said he would meet me at my house at 1pm, and he DID. He was prompt, friendly, and after the repair, he took extra time to explain some tips on keeping the dishwasher in good working order. The price quoted was the price charged and it was very reasonable...I will definitely refer this company to friends and family. A++++++
