Addington Place is a pet friendly, waterfront senior living community located off the Bay Way in St. Pete near Eckerd College. Our community is home to two hundred happy, active residents. We have studio, one bedroom and two- bedroom apartments available in independent and assisted living. Our apartments have stunning views of the bay and professionally landscaped gardens.
