I reserved it online. Everything went smooth. No issues. When I went to pick up the car I was in and out in no time. The staff was polite and friendly. I was driven home after the car was dropped off. Will rent from them again.

I had booked online a compact car to use while my vehicle was at the deal for repair. One of the reasons for using Enterprise is the "we'll pick you up" feature. I confirmed my at 8:30AM pickup the day before. After dropping my car off at the dealer, I called the store at 8:45 to tell them I was ready for pickup, since the driver had not shown up yet. I called again at 9:15, 9:30 and 9:45. As I asked the dealer for a rid to the store (17 blocks down the road) the driver from another store showed up to pick me up. At 10:00 I made it to the store. First I was offered a different rental for double the price as I had booked online. I gave Joe my confirmation number. Another attendant finished my rental and told me we just had to wait for the driver to bring my car to the store, since they did not have it. The girl behind me said "I'm returning a car, it's pretty clean" and I stated I was open to that. Next her return was ran through the washer, wasting more time and became my rental car.

My experience was okay. I was treated respectfully and the young man that rented me the vehicle, I believe his name was Jared, allowed me to switch vehicles initially to a nicer car b/c the first car had a bit of a strange odor. My only complaint is that the location is a bit busy, so you might have to wait a little while to be waited on. Also, I was greeted when I arrived, so I felt a bit ignored upon arriving both times.

This establishment will not re...

This establishment will not rent a car to you if you do not believe in using credit cards. They will rent to you with a debit card IF you have an out of state license and (for some unknown, unlikely reason, you have a utility bill to prove you live here). Really? Do YOU carry your utility bills with you? When MIKE, the agent saw that I waS OBVIOUSLY upset and turned to leave - with a room FULL of other customers, he shouted behind me - "Have a nice day." Snide cynical sarcasm does NOTHING to impress an upset customer. Discretion is an attribute of a good business. They don't allow no stars....that's too bad because Mike is a really awful person with whom to try to do business. I will NEVER rent with Enterprise again.

Don't ever rent a car from her...

Don't ever rent a car from here! I got one that had a flat tire an hour later and elly wanted to know if I could change the tire. I'm a woman and I said no, so she said she would send a replacement vehicle that took an hour. They also told me they were going to put a $100 "authorization" on my card as a deposit. The main bill was being paid by a car dealership. I said ok. I had the car for 1 day and a week later they still had not released the $100 authorization, which turned out to be an actual charge on my account. When I called to inquire, Andy apologized and said a mistake had been made and he would refund me immediately. The same day I had an automatic debit hit my account and thier $100 chanrge caused a $30 NSF fee on my account. After much trying to call them for 4 hours one morning and nobody would answer the phone, I drove over there. Enterprise will not refund me for that NSF fee even tho it was their fault for holding up my money too long. Money that should have been released or reversed 5 days before that. Then Andy later told me they needed clearance from the car dealership to close the file - a week later- which he did on his own anyway. What crap. I hate this place and I'll never get a car from them again.
