WOW! After being a loyal customer for over 10 years Pinch A Penny has now delivered the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Nine days ago they came to the house and identified a leak in the pool plumbing and said they would be back on Thursday or Friday to fix the leak. Friday afternoon came around and no one had showed up or called. When we called the shop the person that was supposed to come fix the leak took the day off and we were told some one would be here on Monday. Monday noon arrived and no one showed. I called the shop again and was told that a former employee had borrowed the concrete saw and the shop could not get a hold of him to get the saw back. I was told that someone would call me back today to let me know what was happening. The end of the day came and nothing! I called again on Tuesday morning as I am watching tadpoles swim in the pool and the person who answered the phone did not know anything about it and told me someone would call me back. A no show for an appointment and three failed return calls!! REALLY?! That is customer service? I WILL be taking my business elsewhere.
