Fantastic service! The plumber clearly articulated the issue and provided details for the necessary repair. He was also incredibly professional. There is no doubt I will continue with roto-rooter for any future service.

My problem ended up the worse and required excavation to replace old sewer line under the house. I was prepared for major demolition and terribly nervous. Nick and Branden accomplished the job with little damage, just had to replace some tiles. They protected the house from dust and left no clean-up for me. It's like an enormous weight off my mind. These are the people to call, they will help you set your mind at ease. No more high blood pressure from sewer problems.

I’ve been traveling for the last week and the drain in both my kitchen and washer room was backed up. Me and my family were planning a trip to Orlando and had a nasty load of towels and a kitchen completely messed up. They came out the same day EARLIER than promised and fixed it in about an hour. Ralf gave me a small lesson on troubleshooting and fixing it on my own next time and was VERY friendly. The two other places I called couldn’t come out but they did and got us out on time to get to Orlando as planned!

The technician, Keli, did a great job.
He arrived early and patiently explained his course of action.
He overcame some unexpected issues with expertise and patience and brought the job to a satisfactory conclusion.
Professional and courteous throughout, I will recommend his services whenever possible.
His name and number will always remain in my contact list.

Muka and Roland were extremely prompt and courteous, going out of their way to make sure the problem was fixed and any future problems were resolved. They did not arrive in a timely fashion, but that has always been the case with Roto-Rooter. It's not the fault of the technicians, but the terrible scheduling service that the company uses.

I leave 5 stars for the technicians the company employs, not the company itself.

Technicians: Muka and Roland were delightful! Both gentleman were very professional, timely, courteous, informative and succefully completed the requested repair. Equally, Technician: Arlind came in the middle of the night to first address my concern. Very professional. Highly recommend and I would hire them again. My toilet was leaking from he pipe to the toilet back. It was a Sunday and Mr. Muka fixed it and ended up fixing my other toilet which was running. He was quick, nice and I have not had trouble with either toilet since. He left the area clean. I would call him again.

When the rep finally arrived (almost two hours past the window we were told he would be there) we discussed the problem and the options. The rep was willing to work with us and go in through a riskier pipe to avoid the chaos of removing a brand new toilet that was installed and grouted into the tile.

He was patient yet persistent and it paid off - he got to the clog in our pipes and all was good. He was very tidy while there and cleaning up completely after himself.

I would use Roto-Rooter again and I would recommend them.

WESLEY WAS FANTASTIC! After the 2 clowns that were here less than 24 hrs. When u pay $190 u should expect a DECENT JOB DONE WELL! Why does it take 2 polish guys to clear a toliet...it was a circus? I will give Wesley the highest recommendation!!!!! Give the man a raise!!!!!!!!

Awakened Saturday a.m.to turds afloat in the tub, called Roto-Rooter, Gjohn was here within 30 minutes. He diagnosed and fixed the problem promptly, educated us on our plumbing and how to keep it "healthy" and, also told us to call the "city" as they were responsible for tree roots in our system as it was off our property!
City was here shortly, are putting in a separate clean-out line for future problems...all thanks to Roto-Rooter and Gjohn! Can't thank both of them enough; will always call them for future plumbing issues.
