Absolutely Horrible Experience

RUDE and POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I am referring to the Enterprise Car Rental located at the Sterling McCall Nissan Dealership. I was given a rental car when I put my Nissan into the dealership for service. The person working that day identified himself as Donovan, the Manager of the location and I could not believe the lack of professionalism he displayed to every customer before, after and including me. He was rude, short and insulting. He even verbally assaulted an employee of the Nissan Dealership who asked him if he could help a customer and he did this right in front everyone. He had no concern about his conduct. It was so bad that I was hesitant to hand my credit card over to this person for the deposit. I reported his behavior to his supervisor but I did not get the feeling that she took the complaint seriously. When I went to return the rental car, the Manager and another employee giggled and smirked at me. Needless to say I did not receive the customer service that I expected. I would NOT recommend this location, nor will I ever be returning to use their services. There does not seem to be anything that anyone can do about the lack of professionalism and the poor service. BEWARE.
