We've used C & M Honda for many years and have always been very happy with their work. They have never tried to do work on our cars that wasn't necessary and have always charged fairly. I would recommend them to any Honda owner!

Beware & be scared ! These people failed to tighten the lug nuts on ALL 4 of our Honda Odyssey tires after we took it in for a Brake Check. My granddaughter was driving the car 24 hours after the brake check and barely managed to maneuver the car off the beltway before the front tire came completely off. The wrecker service confirmed that lug nuts were missing from every tire. C&M took no responsibility and lied and said they Never removed the front tires! Who does doesn't take tires off to check the brakes?? We've had plenty of other work done here and they obviously have no appreciation for return customers and we will never go back! My granddaughter could have been killed. These people are dishonest, incompetent and unethical. The good reviews were obviously written by the owner who ignored our complaint.
