DO NOT GO TO THIS NAIL SALON!!! If I could give a review of zero stars I would. I went to this salon to have my nails and eyebrows done before a trip to Jamaica. The eyebrow tech ripped the hair off my eyebrows so badly, it left a scar. The nail tech offered gel nail polish but when I went back 2 weeks later to have it removed, the tech scrapped the polish off of my nails ruining my nail bed. After the tech got up to move on to another customer, I had to ask for additional polish remover to get what she missed. I had to do this MYSELF!! Already done with the horrible service of the salon and my tech working on another customer, I left the shop. At this point, one of the techs followed me to my car demanding I pay for them halfway scrapping polish off of my nails. I informed him that I wasn't going to pay for them damaging my nails. He tried to say the tech wasn't finished with my nails but could not tell me why she moved to another customer if she wasn't. Instead, he tried to be dismissive of me and say I was disrespectful and wanted free stuff. Absolutely insulting as I only came back to this salon because they put the polish on my nails in the first place and I thought they would know how to remove it properly. I have received far better service at the Walmart nail salons and would advise anyone to go there before wasting their money at this shop.
