I was the first and ONLY client this morning when the doors opened. I requested a spa mani & pedi. The woman who did my mani rushed through as if there were hundreds of people lined up. She polished my nails so quickly that the first coat didn't have time to dry. My nails were lumpy, bumpy with air pockets and looked like a preschooler had done them. At that point I was frustrated and almost in tears. The kind lady doing my pedicure could see my pain and graciously removed the horrible mani polish. I left with no color on my hands or feet! I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE!!!!
