This is the most horrible experience I've ever had. I was trying to get one of my packages delivered because I had missed the courier at my apartment and my front desk does not accept packages, and on the DHL website there was an option for Letter Connect.With DHL telling me they delivered the package to them and someone signed for it. Now when calling Letter Connection they told me they're only a drop off site for DHL and not a pick-up site while I'm trying to give them my information they keep telling me I will not be able to pick up a package here and the courier probably has taken it back. I physically go to this location and the package is there and under my mother-in-laws name. DHL tells me I can get a note from my mother in law and have her sign it for me to pick it up from them with my ID which has the same address as my mother in law. Trying to explain this to Ana who works in the front who won't help me and all she keeps saying is "I need the ID" and I ask her if there is no other way I can get the package, she says there is but I won't tell you without her ID. I ask if my mother in law can send a email, fax, or send a picture of her ID but Ana says no and she needs the physical ID. She is rude, and disrespectful. When I finally got frustrated with her and asked for her name she only gave me her first name, then I asked for her last name and she told, her information is not my business. I will NEVER use Letter Connection again for anything.
