Everytime i try to contact customer service it says it's closed. Right now it's 1:05pm central standard time on a Friday. Still says it's closed. My credit report says i owe $20,000 to this bank and my car was totaled out last November. I know for a fact my primary insurance paid a total of 14k to the bank and my credit still looks stupid cause nothing has been updated. I'm currently looking for a new vehicle but with my credit being so affected by this lump sum, I'm unable to get a reasonable offer. They really need to be on top of their game. Also they call me multiple times looking for payments on the totalled out car. The automated message says "please hold for an important message from regional finance corporation" then the call immediately disconnects. If i could give them ZERO stars, i would.
