I felt like a second-class citizen. It didn't seem like the person who was in charge of the venue wanted our business. I was planning wedding anniversary for my parents and my mother was set on this place. We stated we wanted to do at least three of the spaces combined however the woman who was in charge of the facility continued to insist that she was waiting for functions with more money. I found it disrespectful because the event planner didn't know what we had yet she treated us like we were poor. I felt disrespected and disregarded because I was not one of her annual events. I believe she prides herself on using ways to not have all people allowed at this facility.
