Great business and friendly staff. We own two cars and a truck. They have given us exceptional service. We have used them for years. They have been great to call me when they find something unexpected and call me when the car is done. When my wife has taken the cars in they have always treated her with respect and given her good advice as well.

If I could give no stars I would. I came in for an Inspection on November 29 and

on December 6 my car broke down. The ball joint separated from the lower control

arm, something that should have been caught at inspection, since the steering

and suspension columns were both marked okay on my inspection ticket. My nephew

was in the car with me and had I been going any faster when the ball joint

separated it could have cost both of our lives. When I went in to talk to the

manager about possibly paying for the towing, not even the cost of all of the

repairs but simply the towing cost, that I would not have had if they had caught

the issue at inspection, he stated that he wasn't sure what I wanted them to do

and that "anything can happen over a span of seven days." How does a ball joint

just deteriorate within seven days? This does not happen. This should have been

caught at the time of inspection since the issue was clearly present at the time

of inspection. I didn't even mention the fact that I now have body damage to pay

for and the cost of the ball joint replacement when inquiring as to if they

would help. The fact that they won't even cover a $75 towing fee when this whole

situation could have been avoided, had they correctly done their jobs is

unprofessional and shows their lack of interest in the safety of their

customers.
