Medical care is fine. Billing capability with insurance providers is inept and incapable of filing with secondary. After billing five months after the service, another billing was only sent ten months after the service. The billing agency was told on both occasions to file with secondary insurance which they agreed to do. Now almost one year after the service, the billing department still has not filed with secondary insurance and is threatening collections. The office will not deal with billing issues, and the front office staff readily admits problems with the billing but will only forward the call to Doctor Kabiri's voicemail to deal with the issue. Given the billing problems, I will not be returning to Optimum care. If I could give a zero star, that would be my actual rating.

Upon contacting both the doctor and the billing department, my situation appears to be resolved. The billing department filed under an earlier group number that changed due to the secondary insurance being bought out by a larger insurance company. Had the secondary insurance been properly filed the first time, none of this would have happened. During the contact, they identified that the same issue happened to another billing account and would need to be resolved, and I have not received any notification of any problems or billing on that account.

Dr. Kabiri did contact me to resolve and was in contact with his billing office within 48 hours.
