I've dropped off multiple laptops and a computer. I would not take my tech stuff anywhere else! They are always quick and efficient and get the job done right. Extremely friendly and honest staff. If you don't understand the tech lingo they will take the time to explain it to you so you know exactly what is going on with your computer. They even did free tune ups and physically cleaned my computers!

I am amazed at how good our site turned out. Very professional, we get comments about it all the time. But I think the most important thing was how responsive they were. I say this, as a very jaded user of a previous 'Web Design' company who basically just set up something for us, and never responded to us afterwards. Stafford Tech on the other hand was on the complete opposite side of the spectrum. Pretty much all of the tweaks that I needed done were handled right away. Thanks again!!!

Stafford Technologies was a wonderful partner in helping us to get our website up and running. From creating a logo to consulting with us on the best ways to reach our potential clients, they were with us every step of the way. Michael and his team walked us through, kept us up to date with all that was happening and explained everything they were doing and the reasons why. We could not be more greatfull for their expertise and mostly their patience. Thanks Guys!

I signed a contract for the development of my website in October of 2012. It was supposed to be completed in the first quarter of 2013. This is 2014 and it is not completed! I made every milestone payment as promptly as it was due. At every point, they have delayed this project, NEVER meeting up with a single timeline. In a bid to fix a bug, they usually create another. Sometimes, when they say that something is fixed, I go in to check only to realize that it is not true. At one point, they even tried to deny some of the requirements of the contract. They also claimed that the site was completed and asked me to pay the final installment for completion. But it was just not true. All it took me was to visit the site and see that it was a lie; not a single improvement had been made. Most recently, they have ignored my emails and have not returned my phone calls (no heads-up given on whether they were taking a prolonged vacation). I have offered multiple times that if their expertise cannot deliver on what the contract promised, that I am willing to re-negotiate and walk away. They are just plain inconsiderate!



Stafford Technologies may have other business services. My experience is not an assessment of their entire business activities. The above is devoid of exaggerations and reflects my personal experience with them.
