Loud obnoxious horrible mean-spirited - and that's just the LL that doesn't have a life and never leaves!

Had to move in a rush and it was unfortunate we landed I'm this frat house. In one day I had a neighbor slam his door in my face. In three months I was being accused of loud music during the day yet I worked in NYC. My bedroom out back was a no- dog area yet folks always walked their dogs back there thus NO privacy. Always grossed me out lazy folks walking their dogs by my porch to get a little peek if they could! Defecating all over even though there was a gated area just for dogs. LL asked us to photo them then shared with the violators via email who turned them in thus created a very hostile environment. Folks being pitted against each other thinking they are earning points w LL but it's all a terrible ruse. Don't move here unless you are an attorney that loves housing court. Joanne has many civil cases to deal with but she brings it all on herself.

The landlord is rude and disrespectful. Many people have moved out because of her and I am no exception. It's not worth it. Rent at your own risk.

I will second that always blames tenants for everything and she is really disrespects people and also no one that moves in stays for very long! That must tell you something...
