Should have belived the first review. Gregory would have to work hard to be more useless. Lost the reversion, charged twice as much as quoted, and no maps.
Had to have the car back by 4:00 PM or pay for a extra day and return it the next day, because he closes at 4:00.

I just rented a car from this Avis location and I would NEVER rent at AVIS any more. The employee at the counter was arrogant, vicious and incompetent. I felt like I was at a government office or DMV. I almost said, 'who's the customer here?' Anyway, I just had a bad experience and I would never use AVIS again.
