I wanted to write about a great experience with City Furniture. I was looking for a particular coffee table and was about to purchase it elsewhere at a brand furniture store, and on a whim when into City Furniture to see what they had. To say I was pleasantly surprised is an understatement. I met Tom Shuaiv and right from the beginning he was the consummate professional. Pleasant, informative and not pushy. He asked what I was looking for and to my surprise said he could get it at a better price and more quickly than the store I was going to buy it at. I placed the order with him and again was pleasantly surprised when he followed up to let me know when the table would arrive and even the specific time. The table was delivered as promised. Remember what good old fashioned service used to look like? When people actually cared about making you a happy customer? Ask for Tom you won't be disappointed.
