I agree with the last comment. The bad review sounds more like a competitor. I have been going there for about 5 years and have been very happy. Erin and her team are very responsive and bend over backwards. I have been in business for 32 years and my team of young women and my daughters (who introduced me to Crystal) absolutely love the place. In my 24 years old own words, "They are masters of the art of nails." I particular love that they offer natural and organic alternatives to nail care. SRD Stamford, CT Business Owner

From her review, it sounds like Lila could be a competitor.I like going to Crystal nails...the staff is pleasant and thorough. They really will bend over backwards for you. I've been going there for about 1 1/2 years and no complaints.

Absolutely gorgeous atmosphere, the nail techs were nice, and I am definitely going to be regular!
