Over the last two years, I have probably had 8 oil changes done here on our family cars. I noticed that there was always an add on for something like topping off the radiator fluid etc... Being in a hurry, I said yes. This time I watched after they asked for $5 to top the radiator and nothing happened. No one went close to the radiator. They just ask for the money and yell "Okay" in to the garage but it is just part of their schtick. I found the owner to complain and he told me to get the $#!@ out of there. This to a regular customer. I will never go back. Stay way. Thieves.
