Sportsplex Stamford offers a wide variety of heath and fitness programs. The facility provides a full range of aquatics programs, including a masters swimming program, advanced swimming techniques, aqua-exercise regimens, and individual and group learn-to-swim lessons. It also offers an array of children s and adult fitness and social programs, a nursery, as well as youth and adult squash lessons and tournaments. Massage therapies offered by Sportsplex Stamford include Swedish, deep tissue, sports, myo-facial release, muscle relaxing, pregnancy, and shiatsu and acupressure techniques. In addition, the facility hosts a number of group exercise programs, including aqua, ballet, barre technique, body sculpt, core conditioning, Pilates, fit-for-life, kick boxing and yoga.
