This company is great. John is one of our employees who one day drove by their office with a laptop problem and decided to give them a try. John claimed to our boss that the service was very good and a lot cheaper than the company across the street and our current computer provider who is out state and very expensive.
Our boss wanted me to check their services and gave the authority to try them. I did. I called TCSP to take a look at a computer that had a virus and we needed to extract some of the corporate data that was in the hard drive. I was so happy when they got all our corporate data. They also pointed out that our backup system was not reliable.

Rather than wait for a catastrophe to happen, we decided to have them analyze are backup procedures and found out that critical data was not being backed up at all.

They also fixed a computer that was getting knocked out off the network. The technician determined that it was due to a faulty network card. They replaced it and the system runs so much faster now.

We love them. We are so happy that we decided to setup a maintenance support contract with them and to install 7 new computers for a new ordering processing system our company is implementing.
