This is a terrible company. I bought a pair of Uggs online at The Walking Company. The boots were slightly damaged and appeared to be of lesser quality than real Uggs. I went to the Walking Company store in the Stamford Town Center Mall to return them. The sales clerk (who was exceedingly rude and nasty) would not take them back because they were damaged. I had all the necessary paperwok,packing slips, etc., and stated that the boots were in this condition when I received them, (the boots were obviously unworn). He said I had to ship the boots back to the Walking Company. He refused to refund my money and threatened to call security if I would not leave the store immediately. This was a very abusive situation. I will be filing a formal complaint with the company, and possibly with the credit card company. Thankfully, stores have security cameras, so there is evidence as to his abusive behavior. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE! GO SOMEWHEE ELSE! There are many fine retailers who are respectful to their customers, no one needs to deal with behavior like this.
