I had a bad experience with this taxi twice. We have to call them multiple time to get the taxi. On an another occasion i asked them pick me up for the a shopping center, it never turned up even after an reminder!

I've had many bad experiences with town taxi. The first was when I was going to work at the outback on Reid ave...the driver offered me money to SPANK him. This is no joke I couldn't make this crap up!

Dispatchers are rude and miserable on the phone.

In the past I've ordered cabs 2-3 hours prior to when I need them, still can't arrive on time.

Today I called an hour ahead, as of this moment my cab is 30 minutes late. And i was supposed to be at work 10 minutes ago. The dispatchers excuse was that its not an exact science and he can't control time, and it's also his shift change. Worst cab company EVER!!! Will not be calling them EVER again.

Awsome place to work. Some of the employees need abit of training for patience but overall the employers are the best......

Nasty taxis...junk ....there a rip off

Driver smoke 5 cigs from centerville to pawtucketville....damn, I am thinking the beat up taurus was on fire....
