We have eaten at Mama Maria's three times. The first time the food was delicious and the service satisfactory. The second time the service was so bad that my husband and I walked out, something we had never done before. We were seated, drink order taken, and then nothing. We watched the waitresses socializing for close to ten minutes without our drinks being served or food orders taken. Tried to get their attention with no luck, so we left. After several years we decided to try again. This time we were seated in the back room. Their wasn't a screen door and since there didn't seem to be any air conditioning, the door was open. We spent the entire meal chasing flies from our plates. As good as the food is, we won't be going back, which is a shame because there isn't any other real good Italian food in the area.

I have eaten at Mama Maria's twice now and quite happy with both visits. If anything, the cooks may be a little heavy with the garlic oil.
