I used to love this Hannaford store, but now I hate it. I'd been a loyal Hannaford customers for probably 20 years. Now I won't go to this Hannaford or any other. Yes, they have a great selection, the customer service was fine and the location and store hours convenient. What I hate now is the new check out. They want to herd their customers like cattle into a single file and THEY will decide whickhcheck out lane you will go to. Well, last I checked I still have a brain and I'm still capable of making my own decisions. I wrote to them with my feedback and they pretty much replied...too bad...this is the way of the future. Not mine, that's for sure.
