Despite the cool weather for Memorial Day... We all had a great time! There's now hand-dipped quality ice cream in the general store!! The park, itself looks great..clean bathrooms, great people, plenty to do... Its CAMPING!!! Bring the kids bikes, fishing poles, and your favorite folding chair for the stars at night... (Don't forget your sunblock!) If you forgot it, the general store probably has it (at a reasonable price)..Enjoy your time here.. We did. The reviews for this place are outdated and really wrong...

Well we have been going there for about 6 years and its a great place and close to everything. Only conplant is they have a honey wagon to empty camp units and tell you they will come around if you make rev. and then don't show. But other then that it is a great place.

Almost didn't go because of bad reviews. Beautiful grassy sites! Nice pool and fishing pond. All the seasonal campers I saw were very friendly and yes some had golf carts!! Great place to camp with a group very tolerant of noise volume. It's okay to laugh around camp fire at midnight. Not like state campgrounds they kick you out. Tubing was a blast. Really great place to camp. Only con was the water smelled. So if you have a rv fill it with water before you get there!
