Was referred to Pierson from Reid Heating and Cooling. I had a septic pump die along with the basement flooding to go along with it - all this, just hours before my family came from out of town. The Pierson team got to my emergency within a couple hours of my frantic call. Took them 30 minutes to pull the old pump; install the new pump and help me keep our family Thanksgiving plans. Thank you, so much. They are professional, courteous, priced right and will be my pumping service of choice!

May 2010: Very personable and friendly. Works quickly and efficiently. They do what you want done without telling you you need to buy other expensive work. Removed and installed two toilets for me in 45 minutes total. Charged less than 1/3 what Home Depot wanted.



August, 2010: Hired same company again to repair a leaky shower mixer. I was told by others that I’d have to cut a hole in the shower to replace whole system. After I worked on it with a repair kit for three days I called Pierson again. He came over within 5 minutes, took the mixer apart, informed me that I didn’t seat the rubber boots properly and fixed it all in less than 20 minutes!!! Again VERY REASONABLE pricing
